Application for Breeders

If you are interested in submitting an application to be listed as a reputable breeder on A Pet 2 Love website, please fill out the application form below. Then you will be asked for credit card information and authorization for a $10.00 application fee. Only serious applications, please.

If appropriate for the breed, do you dock tails?
If applicable, who peforms the tail docking and what method do you use?
If the breed standard is for upright ears, do you tape or train them to stand up?
Who performs dewclaw removal?

CONTRACTS & PRICING

Do you charge a different amount for a female vs. a male?
Do you charge a different amount according to size or featues?
Does the contract include a statement that gives the breeder the first right to care for the dog or find him/her a new home, should the owner no longer be able to care for the dog, for any reason, througout the dog's life?
Have any of your puppies/dogs, been returned to you for rehoming?
